Prime Fusion Fitness is led by certified personal trainer and nutrition coach John Conroy, Under his guidance you will look better, live better, and achieve your goals. If you’re in your 30s, 40s, 50s, or 60s, John specializes in helping you take back control of your health and rediscover what it means to feel strong, capable, and in your prime.

Personal Training (In-Person)

Train one-on-one with John in the Greater Los Angeles area. These sessions are personalized to your fitness level and designed to build lasting strength, confidence, and function. Ideal if you're getting back into shape, recovering from injury, or seeking accountability and results.

Online Fitness Coaching

Get the structure and support of a personal trainer from anywhere, no matter where life takes you. Stay consistent with fully personalized programs, virtual check-ins, and performance tracking.

Nutrition Coaching

Learn how to fuel your body in a way that supports your goals without rigid diets or deprivation. We’ll help you build sustainable habits that energize your workouts, balance your metabolism, and science-backed strategies for lasting change.

Program Design & Hybrid Coaching

Prefer training independently but want expert structure and accountability? John will design a complete fitness program customized to your goals and check in regularly to keep you on track.

Meet Your Coach

John Conroy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and graduate student in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology.


With expertise in Strength & Conditioning, Endurance, Balance, Hypertrophy, Weight Management, and Post-Physical Therapy Recovery, John designs personalized fitness programs tailored to your unique goals and needs. He especially enjoys helping if you're new to fitness (or getting back into it), navigating life transitions into middle or older age, or rebuilding after injury, surgery, or illness.


John’s approach blends deep technical knowledge with real-world empathy. He believes progress happens through consistency, balance, and mindset, not extremes. His coaching philosophy centers on helping you develop self-efficacy and rediscover what it feels like to be strong, capable, and in control.

John's ultimate goal is not just to improve your physical fitness, but to create a foundation for lasting vitality and help you become the strongest version of yourself.
